Among the most desirable pieces from L. Hjorth Ceramic in Denmark comes pieces by the Swedish ceramist Eva Sjögren who worked with Hjorth for a period of time during the 1950s and 60s. This small vase with a delicate blue glaze and a highlighted onion pattern bears close resemblance to Nils Thorssons designs for Aluminum in particular. The vase is fully marked and signed S (Sjögren) 113 to the base. Measurements: H: 13.5, D: 12 cm.
