Oliver Weyergraf
CEO/Co-Founder
Oliver Weyergraf

Oliver is Pamono’s CEO and Co-founder. He’s held strategy, new media, finance, and CEO positions at some of Germany’s most innovative tech startups, including Erento, Panelbiz, and L’ArcoBaleno, and he was previously a member of eBay’s German Leadership Team. When he’s not at the office, Oliver can be found on the water (he’s a passionate yachtsman) or the football field.

Letizia Luperini
Managing Director/Co-Founder
Letizia Luperini

A former chemical engineer, Mexico-City-born Letizia earned her MBA from Columbia Business School before going on to work in diverse strategy and finance positions in multiple countries. Five years ago, upon encountering a Jean Prouvé sideboard—“it looked like art made by an engineer”— she fell head-over-heels in love with design. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Christian Ahrendt
Managing Director/Co-Founder
Christian Ahrendt

Our co-founder Christian is an avid skier who wishes the Alps were closer to Berlin. He sometimes misses Zurich, where he was previously employed as an investment manager at a private equity firm. While there, he found himself importing a lot of furniture from Milan—so much so that he had to come to terms with his vintage furniture addiction—and thus Pamono’s seeds were planted.

Thomas Seifert
CTO
Thomas Seifert

Thomas grew up in Berlin during the reunification. He launched his own software development company while still in school, where he studied medicine and computer science. He first encountered the furniture industry as an engineering manager at Rocket Internet venture Home24. Thomas appreciates the little hacks that make life easier as well as cruising on Berlin’s Müggelsee lake or relaxing with Stephen King under the Canary Islands’ sun.

Anna Carnick
Managing Editor
Anna Carnick

A former editor at Assouline, the Aperture Foundation, Graphis, and Clear, Anna loves celebrating great artists and designers. Her writing has appeared in several esteemed arts and culture publications, and she’s edited over 20 books. She’s the author of Design Voices and Nendo: 10/10, and seriously enjoys a good picnic.

Christiane Hampel
Customer Care
Christiane Hampel

Before landing at Pamono, Christiane taught English in Nepal and worked as an au pair in Ireland. She’s been a dedicated show dancer for over a decade, and is enthusiastic about making great design happen for our customers.

Ramtin Zanjani
Photography
Ramtin Zanjani

Ramtin was born in Tehran, but he’s called Berlin home for the past 9 years. He has an extensive background in commercial photography, has traveled the globe, and thinks humming while finely chopping garlic is incredibly romantic.

René Haußmann
Developer
René Haußmann

René is our lead back-end developer (aka shadow boxer), who comes to Pamono with 15 years programming experience. His main interests are his lovely wife and two-year-old son. Football is next in line for his affection.

Lara-Lee Mannell
Content
Lara-Lee Mannell

Lara-Lee was born and raised in a small town near Port Elizabeth, South Africa, and moved to Germany at the age of 13. She’s worked in a variety of industries, from automotive to retail, but found her real passion while freelancing for two renowned Dutch designers in Amsterdam. Beyond design, she also loves animals; funny animal videos always welcome!

Manon Scotto D'anielo
Customer Care
Manon Scotto D'anielo

Manon was born and raised in Le Havre and proudly gushes about the beauty of her seaside town. After studying business and administration, she set out to discover the world beyond France and lived in Thailand for a year. These days—in Berlin—she's usually found smiling, especially when she's spending time in nature, playing pétanque, and visiting galleries.

Alexandra Pinteaux
Marketing
Alexandra Pinteaux

A member of the Pamono office's French contingent, Alexandra is always thrilled to experience new cultures. After discovering the joy of beer in Ireland and Australia, she set off to Germany—the heart of global beer culture—where she now shares her passion by organizing hoppy afterwork events. She's also really into writing, drawing, playing guitalele, and, in her words, "creative Netflix watching."

Pedro Gething
Photography
Pedro Gething

Pedro is a Portuguese-British photographer with a degree in design. He's multitalented, full of good ideas, and has an insatiable curiosity about almost everything—especially his adopted home Berlin. We like to have him in the office working on our photos as much as possible, but when we reluctantly let him go, he can found traveling, enjoying good food and wine, and just generally exploring the world.

Matias Tuuri
Logistics
Matias Tuuri

Matias, a native of Western Finland, moved to Berlin to escape the harsh Nordic weather and pursue an IB Master’s study program. He worked in consumer finance for a bank before joining Pamono's logistics team. Outside of work, it's all about sports for Matias. He's especially into North American Ice Hockey, European soccer, and playing floorball—a Scandinavian sport that, sadly, no one's heard of.

Claudio Cordoni
Developer
Claudio Cordoni

Claudio comes from, in his words, "a godforsaken small town in the mists of Northern Italy." Though it's hard to imagine anywhere in Italy being unpleasant, we are thankful he's made a new life for himself in the big city of Berlin, helping us with all manner of frontend development, especially working with some tech thing called React. IRL he delights in books, bikes, and dogs.
