* This very rare, modular leather lounge landscape is from the 1970s.

CONDITION
The four leather seating elements are in good, beautiful and very well maintained vintage condition, with a beautiful patina of the leather.
We think the sofa landscape is in above-average and better condition compared to many other modular leather landscapes from the era that are currently on offer.

+ However, here and there, on one armchair more or less, there are still the usual traces on the leather - which are typical for these sofa landscapes of this period - such as surface scratches, minor pressure marks, occasional deep-seated stains and bacon stains (but these are mainly on the edge of only one armchair), which can no longer be removed despite cleaning, as well as mostly angular bumps/abrasion.
+ There are also isolated superficial color and leather abrasions on the leather (lighter areas) as well as light-related color unevenness.
+ There is also a very small burn hole on the side below the upper edge of an armchair (last picture above), this blemish is minimal and will hardly be noticeable in daily use...
+ with good care using high-quality leather care and leather grease, the sofa will certainly last and look beautiful for many years to come. Smooth leather is easy to care for, but ideally requires regular application of a little grease or emulsion to prevent it from drying out.
+ The spots that are still visible can be found in the depth, on closer inspection and depending on the lighting conditions,
these stains are slightly more visible without being serious in the overall picture.
+ The upholstery is still in very good condition and not worn through.

+ We have treated all four armchair elements conscientiously, thoroughly and professionally with high-quality cleaning and care products. The sofa was professionally treated with KERALUX intensive cleaner & care lotion for pure aniline leather.
+ Thanks to the pre-treatment, it is hygienically clean and ready for immediate use and can be used again for a long time without any maintenance.
+ There are no serious visual or functional defects such as cracks in the leather or other defects.
