Vintage Afghan Village Rug

One of the most loved rugs, this timeless Afghan Turkoman rug is in shabby chic, vintage condition, made around 1940s and in has a distinct abrash across one end, Abrash is colour change in rugs, it is not a repair or a cut, just made with two different batches of wool.

Like all old rugs it may show signs of use and these are part of the vintage look and not considered as faults.

It is washed and fully dusted for you to enjoy from the moment you receive it."
