We are delighted to offe this lovely George Smith Signature Scroll Arm armchair with feather filled back cushions A good looking and well made armchair from the geniuses that are George Smith Chelsea. This armchair is from their Signature Scroll arm range, one of the best sellers, it has the drop front arm after the original by Howard & Son’s, turned front legs finished with brass castors and feather filled cushions The upholstery is nice and decorative and I’m sure cost a small fortune new, it’s a two tone crushed velvet with stripes to the cushions which is really quite lovely In terms of the condition, I can’t see any marks or stains per say on the fabric, it is not new but looks and feels wonderful Dimensions Height:- 79cm Width:- 86cm Depth:- 110cm Seat height:- 46cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point, RH20 1DF. Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description pertaining to the condition. Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
