Swedish mid-century floor lamp, model 2612, designed by Eje Ahlgren for LUCO Armaturfabrik in Gothenburg. It features a tripod frame made from steel, partially adorned with a plastic stripe. The lamp shade is adjustable and covered in off-white textile. The Swedish designer Eje Ahlgren enjoyed a successful career and collaborated with several of Sweden's most renowned lighting manufacturers, including Ateljé Lyktan and Bergboms. This minimalist floor lamp, designed in the 1950s, was created for the manufacturer LUCO in Gothenburg. Initially founded in 1946, the factory primarily specialized in the production of outdoor lighting crafted from copper.
