This is a luxurious set composed by an elegant bar and two stools realised in the late 50s in Italy.
This rarity is made of lacquered wood that shows figures that reminds us of ancient ampoules. The back side is lacquered in a sophisticated bordeaux color. The crystal surface follows the bar lines such as the 3 shelves on the back side. One small shelf shows a tiny chip on the angle but it's impossible to notice when mounted and doesn't compromise at all the functionality and the solidity of the crystal. The stools come in great conditions, apart from a small imperfection visible in the pic and shows bright brass details.
The beauty of this piece is breathtaking. This sets were produced in Italy when the idea of cocktail drinking become a glamorous art form and having a cocktail cabinet in your home was synonymous with wealth, extravagance and style.
