Vintage Design

Vintage mid-century Danish teak bureau with mirror and pull-out writing desk produced by Vinde Møbelfabrik and possibly designed by Arne Wahl Iversen . Original makers mark and number (46) both stamped on the back.

This bureau stands on tapering solid teak legs. The desk has a pull-out writing desk and ample storage. The cupboard with the swing door on the right has a mounted small mirror and shelved storage space. Above the work area on the left is a small drawer and above is open shelving. Below the work area are two smaller, lockable drawers (key provided) and two larger drawers.

This piece has been fully refinished and a sleek modern pull has been added to the swing door. This bureau has had only one owner who brought it over from Denmark when they moved to the UK.
