This stunning piece features the traditional "Khokhloma" painting style, a decorative technique originating in the 17th century and commonly applied to wooden household items. Renowned for its elegant, curved linear patterns, this technique depicts vibrant motifs of small flowers, berries, grasses, and leaves.
The stool is crafted entirely from solid timber and hand painted in the iconic Khokhloma palette of red, black, and gold.
