A stylish and rare set that embodies Scandinavian design history – ideal for sophisticated living or dining areas.

This beautifully designed dining room set consists of an extendable dining table from the traditional Danish manufacturer Gudme Møbelfabrik A/S and six matching dining chairs made of solid oak, designed by Erik Buch for O.D. Møbler A/S. Both elements combine the best of Danish mid-century design – functional, clean, and timelessly elegant.

The table impresses with its simple, organic design and high-quality craftsmanship. Made of oak, the tabletop features a fine, natural grain and warm color nuances. The soft curves on the edges and the flowing transitions of the central leg create a harmonious overall appearance. Thanks to a clever extension mechanism, the table can be easily extended, offering flexible space for guests or the whole family. The frame, with its two slightly curved legs, ensures stability and generous legroom.

The ensemble is complemented by six original chairs by Erik Buch – a classic of Scandinavian design from the 1960s. The ergonomically shaped backrests and upholstered seats offer exceptionally high seating comfort. The delicately crafted solid oak frame balances lightness and stability. The original upholstery in a finely mottled, beige-brown fabric emphasizes the natural character of the chairs and blends perfectly into the overall look.

Condition: Five of the six chairs are in very good original condition with only minimal, age-appropriate signs of wear. One chair has a visible drive mark in the fabric on the front edge of the seat. The table is also in very good condition. The surface shows only slight, barely noticeable signs of wear. The extension function is technically flawless.

Restoration and Damage Details	Light wear consistent with age and use, Fünf der sechs Stühle befinden sich in sehr gutem Originalzustand mit lediglich minimalen, altersgemässen Gebrauchsspuren. Ein Stuhl weist an der vorderen Sitzkante eine sichtbare Antriebstelle im Stoff auf. Der Tisch ist ebenfalls sehr gut erhalten.
