Offered here is an intriguing vintage coffe table from the so-called "Space Age" design era, when the shapes and materials of furniture pieces were mostly a nod to the ongoing quest for space exploration and its futuristic imagery: chrome, glass and fluid forms were all over.

The present coffee table has a very geometric and somehow brutalist shape, with two superimposed polygonal profiles extruded into the body of the piece. The upper part, just below the smoked glass top, also serves as storage for magazines, books and small accessories.

The table is preserved in great conditions and has a timeless appearance, a perfect fit for any interior.
