About This Piece

Vintage Design

This is a pair of hares fur glazed stoneware candlesticks for a regular sized candle. They were designed and manufactured by Marco Stentøj in Denmark during the late 1970s in a style reminiscent of Saxbo, Palshus and Gunnar Nylund. Both pieces are incised with makers mark beneath the base.
