Vintage Design

Beautifully elegant vintage Danish Design Propos Series sideboard, made by Hulmefa in the 1950s. This Dutch design lowboard is veneered in teak with wenge details, such as the deep-set square handles. The sideboard rests on a slim metal base. The sideboard has 4 drawers, 3 doors and 2 shelves. This sideboard is very similar to the well-known Japanese series designed by Cees Braakman for Pastoe, but this cupboard has slightly nicer details. The hinges are nicely concealed in this model. The vintage Danish design sideboard is 201 cm long, 43 cm deep and 80 cm high. The lowboard is in good vintage condition.
