Tripod Umbrella Stand in Rattan and Metal, Europe, 1960s. This is a wonderful and charming umbrella stand in rattan and metal, made somewhere in the 1960s. The body of the stand is made from woven rattan, which gives it a warm, natural appearance and rustic charm. Elevating the rattan body are three slender metal legs, which form a tripod base. The metal elements extend upward to create a looped handle at the top, which is both functional and decorative. This handle is also wrapped in rattan. It's both a practical accessory for an entryway and a stylish decorative piece that adds character to any space.
