About This Piece

Vintage Design

Impressive in its dimensions, its atypical shape and the alternation of materials, the Trapezio pendant light published by Luci in the 80s was designed by architects Alberto Salvati and Ambrogio Tresoldi. Its prism shape is original and diffuses the light wonderfully. The use of black lacquered metal for the frame and the perforated plates contrasts nicely with the transparency of the large industrial glass plates. The architectural lines of this ceiling light are bold, hiding and revealing the light depending on the angle of the deflector, with a truly Italian elegance.

The Trapezio lamp is old and dates from the 80s. It was designed by the Italian architects Salvati and Tresoldi in 1986 and produced by the Luci firm. The frame and openwork plates are in black lacquered metal. Two sides carry industrial glass plates. The whole thing is in very good condition.

50cm side and 25 to 40cm in height for the deflector, 112cm and more in total height. Large screw bulb.
