This week, Design Miami/ opened, and wow! I can't believe the fair is already in its ninth edition! The maturity and stature shine forth. Opening day attendance broke records, and the galleries are happily selling, selling, selling. Here are some of our favorite booths this year:

Hugo Casati from Chicago focused on midcentury Italian. Even though I follow this era of design history quite closely, Casati is showing many works I've never seen before.

Paris's Galerie BSL - Beatrice Saint Laurent without fail specializes in staging dazzling, jewel-like pieces.

And Demisch Danant from New York is always so chic!
