Vintage Design

Edvard and Tove Kindt-Larsen were not only designers but architects, known for creating homes, furniture, and interiors that embraced the Danish ethos of “hygge” or coziness. Their approach to design was one of simplicity, but with great attention to detail, and they were key figures in shaping Danish modernism during the mid-20th century.

This modular sofa corner by the Danish designers is a great example of practical mid-century design. Made from durable teak wood, known for its long-lasting quality, the piece is upholstered in a luxurious pine green fabric. The modular aspect allows flexibility in how it can be arranged, which was innovative for the time.
