This is an antique three tier music stand. An English, rosewood whatnot with articulated lectern rest, dating to the Regency period, circa 1820.

Supports accentuated with eye-catching tulip flowerhead relief carvings

Useful drawer for retaining sheet music, dressed with a pair of circular pulls
Secondary lower tier as useful as the upper gallery
Striking inverted acanthus bulbs accentuate each ankle
The whole riding smoothly upon a quartet of brass castors
