This beautiful vertical photo frame is purely in the vénitien glass manufacturing tradition.The technique used to get this rich twisted rope effect is called "torciglione" and requires high skilled makers.
This photo frame features very unusual milky white color Murano glass in a very deep color, overlayed with crystal by Barovier e Toso, Murano.It is signed on brass support back.
It could match with vintage, classic, art deco, mid century or contemporary interiors and would be perfect to adorn your bookcases , your consoles, your shelves or your chests...
It could be displaid by itself or with more similar frames in other colors.
