Magnificent French Limoges porcelain fish service, circa 1950s.
This elegant rare set, signed by S.F.P. – Société Française de Porcelaines, a respected Limoges manufacturer renowned for its refined craftsmanship and delicate hand-painted decorations, comprises 12 large dinner plates and a matching sauce boat with underplate.
Each piece is finely decorated with hand-painted fish in vibrant colors, surrounded by aquatic plants and finished with a delicate 24K gilt rim.
The artistry of Limoges porcelain shines through in the detail of the painting and the soft ivory background, creating a refined yet lively table setting.
