This sleek industrial filing cabinet was produced in France during the 1960s by the specialized manufacturer G. Borgeaud & Cie (Montrouge). It stands as a perfect example of French mid-century industrial design, blending functionalism with an elegant aesthetic.

The piece features a sturdy white lacquered metal frame resting on a tubular base, offering a light and airy silhouette unlike heavy traditional industrial furniture. The front features 15 spacious compartments, each highlighted by a warm oak veneer finish and original circular metal knobs. The contrast between the clinical white metal and the organic wood texture gives it a sophisticated, "Soft Industrial" look.
