Alfred Cox mid-century sideboard. Alfred Cox walnut sideboard on raised splayed legs, this item was made by a highly collectable cabinet maker. Alfred Cox was a great designer of post-war British furniture. He worked mainly with walnut and teak, designing and producing quality items of superb craftsmanship that are much sought after today. The sideboard is labelled by the maker. The sideboard has trumpet handles, generously sized drawers and was sold through the iconic London furniture store, Heals. Circa late 1950s, made in London, UK. Dimensions (cm): 73H x 120W x 50D Condition: Excellent - Refinished and cleaned throughout. There may be some minor marks as to be expected for its age.
