Vintage Design

Large 43 cm ‘Dora’ luminous rock lamp, created during the sixties by french designer André Cazenave and edited by a number of producers, such as Roland Jamois, Atelier A, Singleton and Tecta. This one has a sticker and specific construction that indicates it is made by Roland Jamois.
This light is handmade of epoxy and fiberglass, coated with a multitude of fine stone imprints, making these kind of lamps unique with variations in finish and shape. The organic, natural shape and color will bring a touch of the outdoors nature into the living home of people. When lit, the Dora rock evoke a comforting, ambience of light, and can be considered as an object of true 1960ies art. Lightsource: one normal E27 holder, suitable for modern LED bulb. Wire 350 cm with integrated floor switch.
Very good condition with minor marks. No cracks or discoloration.
