Writer and art critic, as well as painter, draftsman and engraver, Raul Viviani formed artistically in Milan, where he began very young by obtaining the appreciation of criticism. He was predominantly landscape: while approaching the divisionist technique, Viviani pervaded his landscapes of an intimate poetry and an atmosphere of temporal suspension, which conferred an absolutely personal brand to his works. The work is presented in the frame.
