Jacques GERMAIN (1915-2001) Untitled Circa 1970 Dimensions: 25 x 18 cm Pencil on Paper Signed J.G Born in Paris in 1915, worked with Fernand Léger and Amédée Ozenfant at the Académie Moderne in 1931, went to the ''Bauhaus'' of Dessau and followed the teachings of Kandinsky and Albers. Many works by the artist have been sold at auction, including 'COMPOSITION, 1971' sold at Cornette de Saint Cyr Paris 'Collection Alain Delon' in 2007 for $69,791. There have been many articles about Jacques Germain, including '' written for in . The artist died in 2001.
