Italian Light Sign from Geloso, 1950s

Rare advertising sign of the Geloso brand (Italian manufacturer of radios, televisions and audio equipment) supplied only to retailers and authorized service centers. It is Italian and dates back to the 50s. It is composed of a metal structure and a hard plastic cover. The shell contains the neon lighting apparatus which has been entirely checked and restored by a qualified technician. The structure has 4 hooks, two above and two below, to be fixed to the wall. The front part, in plastic, has the logo and the writing ''Geloso'' in relief. Excellent condition, has only a slight crack above the letter L that does not affect in any way the beauty and functionality.
Geloso has been a great and famous Italian company producing radios, televisions, acoustic amplifiers, amateur receivers, audio equipment and electronic components. Founded in 1931 by John Geloso, based in Milan, it ended its activity in 1972.
