About This Piece

An unusual French 18 karat (18K) yellow gold charm pendant designed as a medal depicting Saint Christopher as he carries the infant Christ across a river with a forest and mountain scene on the other side, including a small house by the bank of the river. The reverse depicts a winding road through a forest with a saloon car approaching a bend in the road with a dangerously leaning tree next to it. Signed Tricard. Stamped with the eagle's head for 18 karat gold and French manufacture, along with an unknown maker's mark. Dimensions: 2 x 1.7 x 0.16 cm (not including pendant bail) Weight: 3.76 grams (Chain not included)
