About This Piece

Vintage Design

This foldable table, designed by Giancarlo Piretti for Anonima Castelli in the 1970s, is a classic example of the functional and ingenious design of the period. The aluminum structure supports four semicircular plastic tops which, when rotated, open and join to form a large circular surface. When not in use, the tops fold back neatly, taking up minimal space: an ideal solution for versatile and dynamic interiors.
