Very nice and highly decorative sewing box/storage box designed by Joos Teders for Metalux, Holland 1955. It’s been ages since I have seen one, they are getting really scarce. This is for a very nice coloured edition; grey, yellow, red and black with birch plywood tops. The tops of the boxes swivel to open. The tripod base is made of black refinished steel.
