About This Piece

Vintage Design

Beautiful and unique Dutch baroque style cabinet with many glazings. The furniture is made of oak wood and covered with walnut veneer (burl). The cabinet consists of two parts - upper and lower. The upper part is a glass display case, with three shelves mounted at a fixed height, made of pine wood (newer than the furniture). The whole is topped with a beautiful and richly decorated crown. The upper part is folded into 6 small parts. The lower part has 3 drawers with amazing decorative curves. The drawers have brass handles, without locks.
The cabinet has a trapezoidal shape and is relatively narrow - only 37 cm at its deepest point.
