About This Piece

Vintage Design

These elegant dining chairs, made in Italy in the 1970s, feature a cantilevered chromed steel frame with a square profile culminating in a semicircular base. The wide seat and enveloping backrest, which also serves as an armrest, are upholstered in black velvet with a distinctive wavy top line. The design combines geometric rigor and ergonomic comfort, typical of the high-end modernism of the period.
