La Pavoni Spa was born in Milan in 1905 thanks to Desiderio Pavoni which, in a small workshop in Via Parini, develops a patent purchased on 1 September 1902 by Luigi Bezzera, giving life to the first bar espresso machine called "ideal".
In 1961, developing the idea of a Milanese artisan, the first domestic electric car is built which allows the delivery of espresso and hot drinks as at the bar. The machine is called europiccola.
In 1977 the new professional model is flanked by the new Professional model, with a boiler that allows the dispensing of 16 consecutive coffee with the application of a pressure gauge that signals the pressure in the boiler.
The history of the "domestic peacocks" is identified with the history of the Europiccola, to whom all the models are inspired by it over the decades, starting from the Professional, which is said that a specimen is exposed to the MoMa New York Museum, Up to the recent Stradivari, produced in 2005 during the centenary of the house
