Wall coat rack/hat rack "Art Nouveau".

Early 20th century coat rack made of gilded bronze and brass.

The metal frame, which surrounds the antique beveled mirror, follows the "Art Nouveau" style both for its wavy lines and its ornamentation inspired by nature.

It contains five gently curved hangers with two hooks for hanging garments.

The set is completed by a shelf made of brass rods.

Designed in its day as a hallway piece of furniture to hold coats, umbrellas and hats, today it would be equally suitable in a bathroom for storing towels and bathrobes.
