A vintage industrial pauluhn 4ft cast aluminium flameproof striplight manufactured by Crouse Hinds of Texas, USA.

These rare ceiling fixtures were made in the 1970's for use in hazardous areas on super tankers and cargo ships travelling cargo around the globe. Reclaimed and professionally restored by Loomlight in UK ready for installation into modern interiors.

The hanging brackets clamp onto the tubular section which allows the light to be hung at an angle or wall mounted and tilted up or down if required. The highly polished shade reflect the light downwards for efficient illumination of the area below. Built from cast aluminium with borosilicate glass tubes, these lights have been stripped of original paint and polished to a high lustre. It weights approximately 10kg and comes supplied fitted with 2x 16w warm white 3000kelvin LED T8 tubes 100v-220v (dimmable option available on request).

All lights are professionally re-wired in-house to exceed British Standards using CE approved components. Dimensions and weights are approximate.
