Exquisite 19th Century Louis Philippe Mirror in Gold Gilt, showcasing a captivating ornate cartouche adorned with intricate foliage and grape motifs. France, circa 1850 – 1880s.

This stunning antique French mirror boasts the characteristic rounded upper corners that define the Louis Philippe style.

The mirror frame remains robust in structure, and the original antique mirror plate is intact within.

While the glass exhibits a charming foxing, it retains its reflective capability, allowing you to see yourself clearly.

The mirror retains its authentic back cladding and is overall in a very good condition.

Wear is consistent with age and use. Overall good condition, with usual wear, scratches, minor losses to gilding. Nicely foxed mirror glass.

The physical object can differ slightly in colour from the object as presented online. We have made every effort to display colours accurately, but cannot guarantee that the pictures accurately reflect the colour of those goods in real life.
